You will not receive Coins for these transactions:
- Cash withdrawals of any kind
- Loading a payment card (debit, credit or prepaid)
- Debits, credits or prepayments from Telekom Payments or other institutions (banks, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, etc.)
- Making a payment to a payment account with Telekom Payments or another institution
- Payment of the balance or part of the balance of a card from another institution
- Money transfers (incoming and outgoing funds)
- Repayment of loan instalments
- Transactions for the purchase of cryptocurrencies
- Gambling or betting transactions
- Transactions with the government (e.g. municipalities, chambers and associations, legal entities under public or private law, payment of government debts), as well as all types of transactions disputed by the cardholder
No Coins are credited for payments made using the combination of the Curve + PayPal wallets.
If you use another intermediary wallet for your transactions, the crediting of Coins depends on the respective merchant category.
Please note that Coins are not credited for certain merchant categories. Therefore, in these cases, you may not receive Coins for your transaction.
To ensure that you receive Coins for your transaction, please use your Magenta Pay card directly for your payments.
Telekom Payments may change or exclude types of transactions from the programme in accordance with the provisions of the article “Programme changes/termination”.
