Your monthly card transaction limit is €15,000, while the maximum allowed account balance is €50,000.
You also have the option to set a daily spending limit for transactions made with your card, including purchases and withdrawals.
This setting is configured separately for each of your cards.
The daily limit helps you better control your expenses and enhances the security of your transactions.
To set or update your daily limit:
Go to the “Cards” section
Select “Transaction limits”
In the “Daily limit” section, enter the amount you wish to set in euro.
Your transaction limits are renewed based on:
the date of your initial registration, or
the date your account was upgraded
Note: Bank transfers are included in your total monthly transaction limit.
Please note that the monthly limit is fixed and cannot be changed.
Also note that your remaining monthly transaction limit is not displayed in the app. However, you can contact our customer support team through any of our available support options to find out how much of your monthly limit is still available.
